Mission

The Energeia Partnership is a leadership academy dedicated to identifying and addressing the serious, complex and multi-dimensional issues challenging the Long Island region.

Goal
Our goal is to recruit proven ethical leaders in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors of Long Island and furnish them with the information, network and support necessary for corrective action, namely: to serve as change agents, imagining new possibilities for the Long Island region, a necessity for improving the quality of life for all Long Islanders.

Philosophy

In keeping with the tradition of Molloy College, the philosophy of The Energeia Partnership is to create a dynamic learning environment for Long Island leaders committed to action on behalf of justice, the dignity of the human person and the protection of those natural resources entrusted to us.

Enrollment

Imagine a community where active social involvement is the norm.  Imagine a Long Island where proven and ethical leaders apply their energy, skills and resources to make our region one of the best places to work and live in the country.
