Those associated with The Energeia Partnership- its staff, board of advisors, and faculty, with passion and a deep sense of urgency, will focus on achieving excellence in empowering the Long Island region with leaders able and willing to serve as trustees, leaders who act with integrity on behalf of the common good, to strengthen and transform our region for our future and for our children's future.

"Energeia"- A Greek word used by Aristotle to describe the demonstration of inner character in deeds. It is goodness plus efficiency; it is focused, purposeful, meaningful, effective, energetic action.
